There will be people to greet you on Sunday mornings (from 9:30 a.m. until 10 a.m.), and they will answer any questions you have. The worship service starts at 10:00 a.m. after about 10 minutes of musical prelude.
Wheelchair access: (level access) is available at the back entrance, off the lane from 4th Street. At the front of the church on St. Paul Street, there is a ramp and access to a lift that will take you to the Sanctuary Level of the Church.
Donations/Givings
There are envelopes for those who wish to receive a tax receipt for offering/donations. On the envelope, you can put your name and address to receive your tax receipt. You should be able to find a pen or pencil near your seat, or ask an usher for one. An Offering stand is available just inside the entrance to the sanctuary. You can place the envelope in the offering stand. We do not pass an offering plate. Donations can be made by P.A.R. Donations can also be made online. Donate

Scent-free:
Kamloops United Church works hard to be a scent-free space and an inclusive community, and appreciates your cooperation in providing such a space.
KUC projects “worship slides” for the convenience of worshippers.
Children’s Area
A children’s area is available in the sanctuary where there are toys and activities for them. They will also have the opportunity to go for a children’s program, or if they wish, they can stay in worship. The Children’s program is nearby and is visible to parents from the worship area. There may be a times when the program moves to the Lounge. Parents are welcome to accompany their child(ren).
Music & Choirs
Music is a very important and valued part of the life of KUC.
KUC uses two main hymnbooks: Voices United (VU) and More Voices (MV). (Words for hymns are projected on screens during worship, both in person and online. Those who wish to have hymnbooks are welcome to use them. They are available near the main doors to the sanctuary.)
The Folk of Note is the KUC choir. They offer music leadership and an anthem most Sundays. Accompaniment is usually piano. and sometimes with a handbell choir. From time to time, we have guest musicians with cello, trumpet, flute, and/or drums. Occasionally, there is a vocal solo or small ensemble.
